- 1 TL-STB1000 aseptic transfer chamber uses hydrogen peroxide vapor as a biological decontaminant, a decontamination process at low temperature and atmospheric pressure, efficient, environmentally friendly, the hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization method is also included in the "Sterilization Methods" in the pharmacopoeias of the United States, China, and other countries;
- 2 Automatically controlled by Siemens Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for each stage of equipment operation, ensuring stable and professional system operation;
- 3 During biological decontamination and exhaust stages, air sent into the chamber is filtered through H14 class HEPA filters to prevent material from contamination;
- 4 Equipped with an independent ventilation and residual removal unit, including fan, pneumatic butterfly valve, and exhaust pipeline, capable of quickly replacing hydrogen peroxide gas in the chamber and preventing it from entering the HVAC system;
- 5 Feeding and discharging double-leaf door structure, with pneumatic sealing, pneumatic locking, and dual-door interlock function during operation;
- 6 Internal trolley-type material rack and track system, facilitating material loading and unloading;
- 7 The system has real-time monitoring functions for temperature, humidity, and pressure inside the chamber, optional hydrogen peroxide gas concentration, airborne particles, and viable particle detection ports;
- 8 Easy to validate, with complete IQ, OQ, PQ documents, and can provide on-site validation;
- 9 Biological decontamination cycle parameter data saving and printing function;
